I was treat professionally and I left the dealer with the satisfaction that I received the best deal possible. With this kind of treatment I will certainly be back in three (3) years to lease my next Murano. The serviceman that helped men on my first oil change was exceptionally helpful. He was the same person that was infuencial in me to getting my 2012 Murano.
